The Veteran must take delivery of a new Vantage Mobility van by November 30, 2025, to qualify for the 2 year / 24,000-mile extended conversion warranty. Customer-supplied chassis are not eligible. The Vantage Mobility authorized dealer conducting the sales transaction must complete the Operation Independence Rebate Form or Warranty Registration Form for the eligible Veteran and submit it to Vantage Mobility within 10 days of retail delivery.
